  • Get your face in the middle of the screen, it will need some practice

Show a big SMILE it is also contagious online!!!

  • Convey energy & enthusiasm, it will stimulate the other party

Practice, practice, practice and get better, dare to leave safe harbor

  • We all are on a digital journey in 1 year it will be the new normal

Ask for feedback & suggestions of your customers & colleagues

  • Dare to ask for feedback & suggestions

Adapt to this New Normal

  • We are evolving in a new dimension.
